nail clippers for the homeless

Sitting on the street car drinking some coffee as a homeless man sits across from me. He starts to scratch his arm making a sound that made me look and surprise what do i see really long yellow nails.  The scratching sounded like nails on a chalkboard but yet it was skin simply went on for a good 5 stops. Clippers for the homeless needs to be a fundraisers. I just want a non disgusting street car ride will this day ever come?!
